Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your purchase option or subscription at any time before the next scheduled order is processed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, our standard refund policy applies.

How to Cancel

To cancel your purchase option or subscription:

• Log into your account at econovelle.com
• Go to your account settings and manage subscriptions
• Select the subscription you wish to cancel
• Or contact us directly at support@econovelle.com

Cancellation Timing

Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged. If you cancel after an order has been processed, you will receive that shipment and be charged accordingly.

Refunds After Cancellation

If you've been charged for an order after requesting cancellation within the proper timeframe, please contact us at support@econovelle.com and we will issue a full refund.
