Refund policy

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that cameras cannot be returned. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
